Plot – The film is third and final part of the Armour of God series that started in 1986 . Jackie Chan plays the role of Asian Hawk , who searches the world for a set of mystic artifacts – 12 bronze heads of the animals from the Chinese zodiac.
Review – This is the last action film from the universal action hero Jackie Chan known for his stunts and comic sense , who has been entertaining the international audience for more than three decades now. This film is a Jakie Chan brand of film you cannot expect logic or riveting plot .
Right from the moment Jackie Chan appears on screen the audience get glued to the screen in awe for the dangerous stunts which he makes it appear like fun . There are loopholes in the plot and the CG could have been better. But, the stunts in the film are very innovatively choreographed.
We are able to see the signs of aging and fatigue on Jackie’s face yet he gives his best to entertain us in his last ever action film.But, Jackie Chan will continue to act in roles which suits his age.The action buffs all over the world will miss this man’s unique brand of action-comedy. CZ 12 also sometimes referred as Chinese Zodiac is a film aimed at a large set of audience, with multinational appeal.The film has been shot across France,China and the pacific.
From the opening stunt sequence itself people would be awestruck and the making clips after the movie shows the pain and difficulty faced by Jackie in filming the shots.
Verdict – For action-film buffs and Jackie Chan fans this is a must watch.
